Nexus Regional Dialogue Central Asia // The Nexus Project Team took part in the Europe Day Festival
On May 6th, the Nexus Regional Dialogue's team from Central Asia participated in the Europe Day festival in Tashkent along with 35 other EU-funded projects, showcasing the main achievements of cooperation between the EU and Uzbekistan in the region.

Tashkent, Uzbekistan- On May 6th in Tashkent, the team of the "Nexus Regional Dialogue in Central Asia" took part in the Europe Day Festival along with 35 projects funded by the European Union and Team Europe.
The Europe Day Festival is the biggest European event of the year that aimed to showcase main achievements of cooperation between the EU and Uzbekistan in the areas of education and skills development but also employability in rural areas and agriculture, inclusive, digital, and green growth, climate protection and environment, human rights, energy efficiency and other areas.
The results of the project, including analytical publications and reports, as well as the Nexus Game were presented at the festival. Visitors were given handouts and the opportunity to take part in the game process.
CAREC implements the “Nexus Dialogue in Central Asia” project in partnership with the Global Nexus Secretariat with the financial support of the European Union. The project’s duration: June 2020 – June 2023; total budget: EUR 1.25 million, including the EU’s contribution of EUR 1 million.
