Roundtable // Energy, Water, and Agriculture Nexus: Risks and Opportunities, Washington, DC/USA

The roundtables will pinpoint the nexus risks to businesses and why leadership from the private sector, in collaboration with key stakeholders, is critical to successfully manage the inter-linkages and tradeoffs between water, food, and energy for the benefit of society, business, and the environment. The May 5th roundtable will define the three nexus issues; delve into the ways that energy, water, and food interact; explore the risks to business; and shine a spotlight on national security implications. The meeting will convene senior thought leaders from industry, government, academia, and other stakeholder groups on May 5, 2014 from 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m., followed by a networking reception.
