Nexus Dialogue on Water Infrastructure Solutions // 2nd Regional Workshop - Latin America

The workshop will use a highly-interactive process in which you will be asked to share your 'best-practice' success stories in water infrastructure operation, optimization, financing and governance, while creating a shared, cross-sectoral vision that combines best available technology, know-how and experiences. The objectives of the Bogotá workshop include: -To develop a better understanding amongst participants to combine and apply best practices on water, energy and food nexus based approach for solutions in river basins; -To identify best-practice success stories in water infrastructure operation, optimization, financing and governance; -To motivate participants to take practical steps towards implementing water, energy and food nexus thinking and practices in their basins; and -Help facilitate the creation of new coalitions and partnerships for follow-up actions. The workshop is by invitation only and has limited spaces and funds, but the intention is to have representation from diverse stakeholders and from across sectors and interests.
