Live Twitter // Online Debate: "#EnergyWaterChat"

Do you want to learn more about how energy and water are fundamentally intertwined and what this means for our future?

Environmental Defense Fund's energy-water nexus expert, Kate Zerrenner, and Dominique Gomez of WaterSmart Software will be hosting a live Twitter Chat on Wednesday, September 3 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m CST to discuss these two inextricably linked resources. 5 September marks World Water Week, an annual event hosted by the Stockholm International Water Institute (SIWI) that serves as a platform for over 200 collaborating organizations to discuss water and development issues around the globe. This year's theme is the "Energy-Water Nexus," and participants will examine how we develop and manage energy and water for the good of society and ecosystems. In honor of this event, Environmental Defense Fund's energy-water nexus expert, Kate Zerrenner, and Dominique Gomez of WaterSmart Software will be hosting a live Twitter Chat on Wednesday, 3 September from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm CST to discuss these two inextricably linked resources. to join the conversation. We'll be talking about the importance of the energy-water nexus globally and in the U.S. Southwest, as well as the role of emerging technologies like WaterSmart Software in addressing the challenges presented by this symbiotic relationship.
