Gender is one of the major cross-cutting issues regarding the water-energy-food nexus.
The nexus and its gender dimension has crucial importance for the in the Middle East and North Africa Region, where gender is a cross-cutting issue for water, food and energy sectors, and there is significant need to develop and apply gendered approaches.
This workshop aims to bring together different perspectives to understanding and improving the gender dimension of the water-energy-food nexus.
