The organisers want the kids to understand symbiotic relationship. For example: How water is used to generate energy? How energy in turn is used to convey the water to the users? How generation can lead to water stress? How to ensure everyone has the water and energy they need? How to supply water and energy while safeguarding the planet? How to reduce water & energy consumption at home? Today's children are in a position to be better educated and more actively inspired to meet the needs of the world, as environmental awareness is increased and incorporated more thoroughly into their daily lives. We know that it is harder for adults to adapt and change than it is for younger people who are still searching for the ideals and principles they wish to follow in their lives. The camp is personally geared and focused on high quality, experiential learning, and time spent exploring outside. As David Sobel says, "We need to give

time to connect with nature and love the Earth before we ask them to save it." As such, the objective of the Eco camp is to transform the learners into passionate change-makers championing and initiating activities that protect and conserve the environment both at school and in the community.
