Albert Butare is a former Minister of State for Infrastructure in the Republic of Rwanda and has over twenty years of energy, water and communication experience in Africa. He is skilled in high-level public sector policy and project development and implementation, engineering, social and economic development. He was a co-chair of the Bonn-led Nexus process all the way through to Rio. He is currently a CEO of Africa Energy Services Group Ltd based in Kigali, Rwanda with a branch in Dar es salaam www.africaesg.com.
