One of the main overarching themes coming up from the Multistakeholder Dialogue is to look at the three Nexus securities from a human rights perspective. This perspective supports mechanisms to ensure that rights are attained and safeguarded and to develop the capacity of governments and others to meet their obligations; and rights holders to claim their rights.
