Phera Ramoeli is Senior Programme Officer in charge of transboundary water management and Head of the Water Division of the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC). In this video clip he describes the GWP-SADC collaboration on the Water-Energy-Food (WEF) Nexus Approach.
