On Wednesday 16th November at 10am CET/GMT+1, Stakeholder Forum along with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH will convene a live web session centred on how human rights based approaches (RBA) can contribute towards better development outcomes for water, energy and food security. The web session, open to all, will follow a "Question Time" format and will take questions from the floor and online {global_panel|via the live stream and messenger module}. BBC environmental correspondent, Richard Black will moderate the discussions between the participants and our panel of experts: -
