In an effort to tackle the world's pressing issues in energy, water and environment, the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week from 13 to 17 January 2013, aims to be the largest gathering on sustainability in the Middle East. The open platform for collaboration and partnership will bring together more than 30,000 anticipated participants from over 150 countries, such as governments, policy makers, globally recognized NGO's, representatives of the private sector, academics and many other stakeholders. Key themes to be addressed are the business, technology and financial challenges that the global community is facing when fostering sustainable development focusing on investments and partnerships that can deliver real world solutions.
