Call for Offers // Preparation of an Assessment on the Water-Energy-Food-Ecosystems Nexus in Lebanon
Global Water Partnership – Mediterranean (GWP – Med), legally and lawfully represented by the non-profit society MEDITERRANEAN INFORMATION OFFICE FOR ENVIRONMENT, CULTURE AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT – MIO ECSDE announces the present call for the Preparation of an Assessment on the Water-Energy-Food-Ecosystems Nexus in Lebanon. The deadline for submission is 11 March 2022.
About the Call
The call for offers has been issued by GWP-Med in the framework of the GEF/UN Environment “Mediterranean Sea Programme (MedProgramme)” and the specific Component aiming at balancing competing water uses in priority coastal areas through water, food, energy and ecosystems integrated governance, to enhance environmental security and sharing of benefits.
Submission
The deadline for submissions is 11 March 2022, at 17:00h CET
You are kindly invited to read carefully the attached Call, the ToR and submit your offer to procurement@gwpmed.org before the above-mentioned closing date, writing in the email subject line: “Call for Offers 10/2022/CP2.2 Preparation of an Assessment on the Water-Energy-Food-Ecosystems Nexus in Lebanon”.
In your email you should attach the following two folders:
- A compressed folder (.zip or .rar) containing the Technical Offer and the Solemn Self Declaration and any other supporting documents.
- A password-protected compressed folder (.zip or .rar) containing only your financial offer. The password for opening the password-protected folder with your financial offer should be sent to the same email address ONLY at the request of the contracting Authority which will send a follow up email to all participants that their technical offer has passed the technical evaluation.
In case the password is sent together with the offer file, the offer will be rejected.
All documentation / offers must be in English
